Dialogue between a concert staff and a visitor who lost his phone.

S:　何がをお探しですか。What are you looking for?

V:　すみません、携帯を落としましたが… Excuse me, I lost my phone.

S:　どこですか。Where did you lost it?

V: コンサートの会場です。In the concert venue.

S: いつですか。When did you lost it?

V: 20分ぐらい前、コンサートが終わってた時です。About 20 minutes ago, when the concert ends.

S: どんな携帯ですか。What does your phone looks like?

V: 黒いiPhoneです。It’s a black iPhone.

S: 最後にどこに置きましたか。Where did you last put it?

V: コート着ていたから、座席の上に置きました。I was wearing my coat, so I put it on my seat.

S：かしこまりました。会場内でのおとしものは会場にお預かりしております。少々お待ちください。I see. We keep all the lost item inside the venue. Please wait for me for a moment.

Thoughts on today’s learning:
The other day I said it’s hard for me to distinguish the te, de, to, do, ka, ga pronunciation. I found out an easy way to verify my pronunciation. You can do it too. Set your phone input system to voice recognition. Whenever the result come out wrong, I know that my pronunciation is a bit off. And I can practise it precisely.
