If I was given a list of words to choose from, I will pick the following three to describe myself: curious, creative, and relentless. Curiosity is why I do what I do. Creativity is what I aim for. Relentlessness is how I achieve my goals.
I have gained two degrees: a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting. As you can easily tell, they are apples and oranges. However, when combined together, they can unlock the doors I didn’t even know exist. Upon graduation, I joined a fashion house to be a full-time translator and was soon promoted to be a product developer. I can quickly understand the business model of the company with my business background knowledge. More importantly, I can identify the problems and provide solutions. This ability not only save the company money but also proves myself to be a valuable asset.
